What counts as a task?

A task is a single unit of work you give an employee — writing a blog post, researching a competitor, drafting an email sequence, triaging support tickets. Most tasks take your AI employee a few minutes. Complex multi-step work (like a full competitive analysis) still counts as one task.

What happens when I hit my task limit?

Your employees queue remaining tasks for the next day. We'll never charge you extra or surprise you with an overage bill. You'll get a heads-up when you're approaching your limit so you can upgrade if you need to.

Why are Nina and Kai only on Business and above?

Web development and software engineering tasks require significantly more compute than text-based work. Gating them to Business ensures we can deliver high-quality output without compromising performance for other users.

What's the difference between images and videos?

Image generation creates static visuals — social media graphics, thumbnails, ad creatives, hero images. Video generation creates short-form video content like product demos, social clips, and explainer videos. Video is significantly more resource-intensive, which is why it has a separate allowance.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. No penalties, no lock-in.

Is there really no free trial catch?
